The sun had barely risen when we set off on our journey to the Western Ghats, one of the world’s biodiversity hotspots. Excitement buzzed in the air as we anticipated our adventure, a unique opportunity to join researchers conducting a biodiversity survey in this lush, green paradise.
Scenic Drive
As we drove through winding roads surrounded by dense forests, we marveled at the breathtaking scenery. Towering trees, vibrant flowers, and the calls of exotic birds created a symphony of nature. Upon reaching the research camp, we were greeted by the lead researcher and their team.
