Stay with Family or Friends
Applicants must provide a copy of the host’s tenancy contract and Emirates ID as proof of accommodation. In case the host owns the property, a copy of the Title Deed is required. For properties in Dubai, the Ejari certificate serves as the official tenancy contract.

Name on Passport
The passport should have the applicant’s first & last names. Passports with just one name will not be accepted for processing of tourist visas or visa-on-arrival.

Visa Overstay Fine
Visitors who stay in the UAE even after their visa validity date ends will have to pay a fine of AED 50 per day. This amount can change without advance notice.

ECR Passport Requirement
Applicants with Emigration Check Required Stamp on their passports must apply for “OK to Board†before travel. It takes 72 hours for airlines to complete “OK to Board†formalities.

Process for Minors Travelling
It is recommended that minors must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian. It is mandatory for minors to travel with the parent with whom his/her visa application has been processed.

Child Travel Consent
If travelling with just one parent, we recommend that minors carry a No Objection Certificate from the non-travelling parent (from both parents, if travelling with a legal guardian). The final decision to allow a minor to enter the country without a parent or legal guardian lies solely with the UAE Immigration Authorities.

Visa-on-arrival Validity
Indian passport holders are eligible for a single-entry visa-on-arrival with a validity of 14 days if they have a Visa/Green Card for USA or a Visa/Residence permit for the UK/EU (these visas must be valid for minimum 6 months).

e-Visa Extension
A UAE e-Visa can be extended twice without leaving the country. It must be applied at least 5 days before the current visa’s validity ends. The extension granted will be for the same duration as your current visa.

Child Brith Certificate
In the case of a child booking, a birth certificate might be required.

Visa Price
Prices can vary based on the type of visa and whether the applicant is an adult or a child.

Passport Validity
The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of return to India.

Visa Overstay Fine & Ban
Visitors who stay in the UAE even after their visa validity date ends will have to pay a fine of AED 50 per day (subject to change). Visitors overstaying for over 5 days will be deported, blacklisted for work visas, and be given a lifetime-ban from UAE.

Visa Reapplication Rule
If an applicant has recently visited UAE, they must apply for a new visa only after a minimum of 30 days have passed since they exited UAE. Applications submitted within 30 days will be rejected.

Accommodation Proof
Hotel booking vouchers or accommodation proof must explicitly list the name of all travellers, including children if any.

Return Flight Tickets
The dates on the flight tickets shared with the visa application must align with your date of entry and exit from the UAE, as per your official travel plans. If your return and onward flight tickets are in separate documents, please merge them into a single file before uploading.
